WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

If you, as a consumer, have entered into a distance contract with Melina Digital, in cases where you have the right to withdraw from the contract under applicable law, you may submit your withdrawal request using the online form.

To submit your request, click the “WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT” button below and complete the required information.

The form requires you to provide the information necessary to identify the customer and the contract, including your first and last name, e-mail address, invoice or order number, name of the product or service, and date of purchase.

After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation of receipt without undue delay at the e-mail address provided in the form. The confirmation will include the information submitted in your request, your statement of withdrawal, and the date and time of submission.

The statutory right of withdrawal may be exercised subject to the conditions and within the time limits prescribed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and the Melina Digital Terms and Conditions.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or lost under the conditions prescribed by law, including where the supply of digital content has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses the right of withdrawal.

The additional voluntary money-back guarantee for the online course DIY MARKETING with Melina is governed separately by the Melina Digital Terms and Conditions and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
